Get started!

Ideal: Order 4+ weeks before your trip for the smoothest experience. This allows plenty of time for communication, fulfillment, potential weather-related shipping delays, or rare size/exchange needs.

Comfortable : Order 2.5–3 weeks ahead for a solid buffer that can cover most of the above.

Minimum Recommended : Order at least 2 weeks before travel. We guarantee timely fulfillment on our end, but once shirts ship, postal delays are out of our hands. Orders in this window have a slimmer margin for error.

Risky : Orders placed 7–10 business days before your trip may make it in time. Many customers still go for it, hoping for the best (but okay with receiving them as keepsakes after the trip too).

Additional Customization

A courtesy proof of your design will be emailed by the end of the next business day. Printing begins 24 hours after the proof is sent. Please watch for this email in case you’d like to request edits or we need to clarify any details.

If you're on a tight timeline and your personalization is straightforward, you may request that we skip the 24-hour pause and begin printing without delay after sending your proof.

Our trusted print partner uses direct-to-garment printing for all designs. Once your order enters production, changes or cancellations—including to shipping, design, or product—are no longer possible, so please order carefully. Most orders ship within 2–6 business days after printing begins; large group orders may take up to 8 business days.

About pricing

Our designs are priced by print area—usually front only or front + back/sleeve. The listed price reflects the base design cost, typically on a Bella + Canvas tee. On the product page, you can choose from available garments, each showing its added cost above the base price.

About sizes & colors

We recommend browsing our product guides for full size and color details, but if you can't wait to dive in, here are key things to know:

• Infant and toddler sizes are only available in Bella & Canvas (not Comfort Colors).

• Comfort Colors come in kids and adult sizes, with many overlapping colors—though some are adult-only.

• Sleeve prints are available on adult sweatshirts only.

• Comfort Colors Youth XS fits similarly to a 4/5T, making it a good option for older toddlers.

About Special Collections

Easy Match

This collection was created to make group ordering easy when infants and toddlers are involved, since their sizes come in limited colors. Rather than white or black designs that pop best on colorful shirts, these are multicolored designs made to look great on white, navy, black, or gray tees.

You can choose to order all shirts on the same Bella + Canvas base for a perfect match, or mix in Comfort Colors youth and adult sizes in colors (like Ivory/Natural, Pepper/Asphalt, True Navy/Navy, Black or White) that are near matches between the shirt brands.

Express!

This limited collection arrives within 3 business days via express production. Eligible items include front-only designs on adult-sized Bella + Canvas tees in Black, White, Navy, Athletic Heather, or Dark Heather Gray.

To meet the fast turnaround, orders go to print immediately. We'll share a proof as a courtesy, but production won’t be delayed—so please double-check personalization details before submitting your order!
