Return Policy

Because each item is custom made just for you, we’re unable to accept returns or exchanges. However, you can shop with confidence — if there’s ever a mistake with the design, printing, or delivery, we’ll gladly offer a refund or replacement.

Most of our designs are offered on Comfort Colors® t-shirts by default — a customer favorite for their soft feel, garment-dyed vintage look, and lived-in comfort. Comfort Colors are available in adult and youth sizes (with more color options for adults).

We also offer Bella + Canvas® tees in adult, youth, toddler, and infant sizes, which are ideal for coordinating family or group sets. If your group includes toddlers or infants, click here for a quick guide to mixing and matching sizes across styles.

Sweatshirts are typically printed on Gildan® crewnecks or hoodies in adult and youth sizes (more color variety for adults). For toddlers, we use Rabbit Skins® hoodies. Please note that sleeve printing on sweatshirts is only available in adult sizes.

All items are made using print-on-demand technology, specifically direct-to-garment (DTG) printing. This method prints the design directly onto the fabric using high-quality, water-based inks for a soft feel and a long-lasting finish.

Unlike vinyl decals or transfers that sit on top of the fabric and may crack or peel over time, DTG prints bond with the fibers of the garment — meaning no stiff layers and better durability with proper care. To keep your item looking great, we recommend washing inside out on cold and hanging to dry or tumble drying on low.

Love one of our designs but want it on a different product? You’re in the right place! Most of our designs can be printed on a wide range of shirt styles—even ones you don’t see listed in the shop.

What’s usually possible:

• Swap the shirt type – Choose from sweatshirts, tanks, v-necks, crop tops, long-sleeved tees, and even quick-dry performance shirts (just ask if you don’t see what you need!)
• Tweak the design color- We can often adjust the design colors to show up on different colored shirts - just message us first to be sure. 
• Use one of our existing designs for a different event or group type (for example, change ‘family vacation’ to ‘family reunion’ or ‘graduation vacation’)
• Change the print placement – Want the design on the back instead of the front? Prefer a small front “pocket” graphic and a large back print? You got it- but if the shirt will have a different number of total print areas than shown, contact us to order, since shirts are priced by print area.

For personalized items, a proof of your custom design will be sent to your email within 24 hours of purchase. Production will begin within 24 hours after the proof is sent, so please check your email promptly in case you'd like to request changes.

Once production begins, no changes or cancellations can be made, so timely approval is important.

Shipping & Timeline Info for Group Orders

Because our designs are made for coordinating groups and special occasions, orders are ideally placed 4 weeks in advance. This allows time for any necessary changes (like size swaps) in the rare event something isn’t quite right upon arrival.

2.5 - 3 weeks prior to travel is our suggested comfortable (if not ideal) timeframe. It may not allow for a replacement to arrive in time following initial order, but these cases are very rare anyhow.

Our minimum suggested timeline is ordering 2 weeks before travel date. Orders typically arrive within 11 business days after final approval and submission to print (so within 12-13 business days after you order, depending on whether you request us to hold the production for your 24 hour proof review)
• Production: 2–6 business days with an average of 3 business days.
• Shipping: 2–5 business days. Most shirts ship from San Jose, California, so time can be affected by your proximity.

Larger custom orders (12+ pieces):
Please allow a few additional days for production. These orders may take 2–8 business days to produce, with estimated delivery in up to 14 business days from design approval.

Priority 2-3 business day shipping (which shaves off 1-3 days from the shipping time but doesn't affect the production time) is available on most products for an additional fee. Additional charges to upgrade from regular shipping to priority start at around $20 per single shirt, and around $5 per additional piece. Expedited shipping must be requested and confirmed before the order is submitted to print.

Express Production differs from Priority shipping. This limited collection arrives within 3 business days from order and includes both immediate production and priority shipping. Eligible items include front-only designs on adult-sized Bella + Canvas tees in Black, White, Navy, Athletic Heather, or Dark Heather Gray.

To meet the fast turnaround, orders go to print immediately. We'll share a proof as a courtesy, but production won’t be delayed—so please double-check personalization details before submitting your order!

These items are labeled in the store as Express! and shipping only costs a few dollars more than other shirts.
